I’ve been meaning to have a personal site for years. Not a portfolio. Not a landing page. Just a place to think out loud.

This is that place.

What You’ll Find Here

I spend most of my time at the intersection of machine learning, engineering teams, and shipping things that actually work. So that’s what I’ll write about:

• Applied ML — what works in production versus what sounds good in papers
• Engineering leadership — growing teams, making decisions, staying technical
• Teaching — how to explain hard things clearly
• Side projects — things I build to learn

Some posts will be long. Some will be short. All of them will be honest.

A Note on Format

The site is intentionally minimal. No ads, no newsletter pop-ups, no tracking pixels. Just text and code.
